Among her many accomplishments, Senator Winter was a fierce and unwavering champion for reproductive rights. She was dedicated to ensuring every Coloradan had not only the right, but the real ability, to access the health care they need and deserve, including abortion care. She believed in lifting others up, and she lived that belief in everything she fought for. Her work mattered. It changed lives. And her legacy will continue to make this state better for everyone.
