COBALT ANNOUNCES SECOND ROUND OF 2022 ENDORSEMENTS
Denver – Cobalt, a grassroots abortion and reproductive rights advocacy organization representing nearly 200,000 Coloradans statewide, today announced its second round of endorsements for the 2022 election cycle. Please see the first round of endorsements for additional candidates.
“At a time when abortion rights are under attack around the country, Cobalt as an organization has to ensure we have the strongest advocates possible in Congress and at the Colorado State Capitol,” said Cobalt Political Director Selina Najar. “This current round of endorsements represents races critical to maintaining our pro-abortion rights majority at the 2023 General Assembly.”
Najar concluded, “In the aftermath of SCOTUS extinguishing the protections afforded by Roe, abortion must remain accessible and free from legal threats in Colorado. These endorsements reflect candidates who will advocate for that access and reproductive rights overall.”
